Die aufwendige Herstellung der handgefertigten Patisserie-Kreationen und die besondere Zusammenstellung des Kalenders ermöglichen nur eine begrenzte Stückzahl. Die limitierte Marmor-Box wurde speziell für ›Rausch Genussmomente‹ gestaltet und bildet den Rahmen für die 24 unterschiedlichen Inhalte.

Warum kostet der Patisserie-Adventskalender 124,90 €?

Der Patisserie-Adventskalender ›Rausch Genussmomente‹ ist ein aufwendig entwickeltes Produkt, bei dem Qualität und Handarbeit im Mittelpunkt stehen. Von der ersten Idee über die Konzeption und Entwicklung der einzelnen Kreationen bis zur Fertigung und zum Verpacken entsteht der Kalender in zahlreichen sorgfältigen Arbeitsschritten.

Viele Inhalte werden eigens für den Kalender von den Patissiers der Rausch Patisserie entwickelt und von Hand gefertigt. Unterschiedliche Komponenten, Texturen und Schokoladen werden präzise aufeinander abgestimmt und anschließend sorgfältig zusammengestellt und verpackt. Hinzu kommen 24 unterschiedliche Türchen ohne Wiederholung, ausgewählte Neuheiten und die limitierte Präsentation in der Marmor-Box.

Der Preis von 124,90 € spiegelt damit vor allem die hohe handwerkliche Qualität, den Entwicklungsaufwand und den großen Anteil an Handarbeit wider, der von der Idee bis zum fertig verpackten Adventskalender in ›Rausch Genussmomente‹ steckt.

Wie viel Handarbeit steckt im Patisserie Adventskalender?

Ein großer Teil der Kreationen entsteht in sorgfältiger Handarbeit in der Rausch Patisserie. Von der Entwicklung der Rezepturen über die Fertigung einzelner Komponenten bis zur finalen Ausarbeitung sind zahlreiche Arbeitsschritte notwendig, bevor die Kreationen ihren Platz im Adventskalender finden. Gerade die 11 saisonalen Patisserie-Kreationen wurden speziell für diesen Kalender entwickelt und gefertigt.
