The 2026 Chocolate Workshop Advent Calendar is made for exactly these little rituals. 24 chocolate figurines in Christmas shapes accompany you through December and make the anticipation a little more chocolatey day by day.

The calendar also marks a special first: for the first time at Rausch, there’s an Advent calendar with no added sugar. A new recipe meets a familiar Christmas tradition, making the calendar a special gift idea for families and anyone who wants to enjoy chocolate in a different way.

Sweet enjoyment without added sugar*

Maltitol is used for the delicate sweetness in this special recipe. This sugar substitute makes chocolate enjoyment possible without added sugar while preserving the characteristic flavour of our chocolate. The result is a chocolatey treat with a deliberately different recipe.

It is made with Fairtrade cocoa, which shapes its distinctive chocolate flavour. Behind each door is a 10 g figurine in a festive shape. Sometimes as a little joy in the morning, sometimes after dinner together, or as a fixed family ritual on Advent days.
