Eight single-origin chocolates in the calendar
- Grenada 39 %: single-origin milk chocolate with a delicate caramel note and a full-bodied character.
- Venezuela 43 %: single-origin milk chocolate with a pronounced milk chocolate character and rare Ocumare fine flavour cocoa.
- Madagaskar 55 %: full-bodied and creamy with berry nuances and malty hints.
- Peru 60 %: single-Origin Dark Chocolate with Ucayali fine flavour cocoa from the source region of the Amazon.
- Ecuador 70 %: single-Origin Dark Chocolate made from Arriba Nacional fine flavour cocoa with balanced acidity and fruity nuances.
- Costa Rica 75 %: slightly nutty and fruity with berry notes and spicy hints.
- Trinidad 80 %: rich in cocoa and nutty-fruity with malty undertones, made from Trinitario No. 1 fine flavour cocoa.
- Costa Rica Cuvée Prestige 84 %: intensely cocoa-forward, composed of nine selected fine flavour cocoas from our own farm.
