The fine flavour cocoa for this chocolate comes from our own research farm, Rausch Tres Equis, and from select farms in other growing regions of Costa Rica. These two distinct origins form the foundation for a chocolate whose complexity piques your curiosity from the very first taste.

For this dark single-origin chocolate, we combine fine flavour cocoa from our own Rausch Tres Equis research farm with select cocoa from farms in Costa Rica and process it at a 75% concentration to bring out its berry-like and spicy notes to their fullest. The pure recipe is naturally vegan, lactose-free, and gluten-free. This is where select fine flavour cocoa meets Rausch's decades of chocolate expertise.
