Father's Day cocktail - Cherry Lime

The best way to celebrate Father's Day is with a delicious drink. Our liqueurs are not great to enjoy on their own, and they are also ideal in a delicious cocktail.

Ingredients:

4cl gin
3cl Amarena cherry liqueur
3cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
1cl sugar syrup
Ice cubes
Mineral water to top up

Preparation:

Add gin, Amarena cherry liqueur, fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup and ice cubes to a shaker and shake well
Strain into a glass (using the strainer of the shaker or a fine kitchen sieve)
Top up with mineral water as required
Garnish with a slice of lemon
